Hiring Data/Research Analyst

We are looking for a full-time Data/Research Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience for a consultancy role in the banking and financial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, including  insights for marketing, branding and communication strategies, cost-benefit analysis, audit campaign response etc. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking and financial industry, with strong research and data analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to support strategic decision-making within the banking and financial sectors.
  • Research: Perform comprehensive research on cost-benefit analyses, market trends, and industry practices specific to banking and finance.
  • Audit Campaign Response: Utilize tools and methodologies to analyse campaigns effectively.
  • Marketing & Branding Research: Analyse data related to marketing, branding, and communication strategies to provide actionable insights tailored to the financial sector.
  • ESG Research: Conduct research on ESG for banking and financial sectors for product design.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations based on research findings to guide business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in data or research analysis, with a strong focus on the banking and financial sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analyses and interpreting complex data related to banking and finance.
  • Technical Tools: Experience with tools for campaign response and data analysis specific to the financial industry.
  • Research Skills: Knowledge of marketing, ESG, branding, and communication research analysis within the context of banking and finance.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis, research methodologies or financial analysis are a plus.
