We are looking for a Project Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Analyst with fluency in English to support our global project implementation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, presentations for internal and external use.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, MBA or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination/project analyst roles.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable Skills:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
• Proficiency in digital tools – Microsoft suite, Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, AI tools.
• Comfortable working with multicultural teams across time zones.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in French will be an asset.
