We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a budding designer with a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling and the drive to contribute fresh ideas to diverse projects across sectors and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating designs for digital and print mediums, including social media campaigns, banners, presentations, brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with senior designers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute deliverables aligned with client needs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines and maintain consistency across campaigns.
- Support the development of mood boards, mockups and prototypes for presentations and pitches.
- Organize and maintain design assets, client files and project documentation.
- Adapt designs for various platforms and formats to meet global audience requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience with similar responsibilities is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is required.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles, with work that demonstrates versatility across sectors and cultural contexts.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for colour, typography and layout, with a sensitivity to cultural nuances.
