The platform supports job search skills, career guidance, training resources and employment services and was delivered in multiple languages with extended technical support and maintenance.

Integrated MIS and Decision Support System

Design, development and deployment of an integrated Digital Management Information System to support disaster planning and coordination. The system enables standardised data collection, consolidation, real-time access, monitoring and decision support through a project management module and a web-based information system with mobile access, GIS integration, role-based access, automated reporting and system interoperability. The assignment included post-deployment handholding support to ensure continuity and system stability.

Digital Certification and Knowledge Portal

Web-based compliance and knowledge management platform

Design and development of a knowledge management portal to support compliance, best practices and stakeholder engagement. The platform centralises technical resources, enables structured chain of custody workflows for certification and supports transparency and monitoring through a user-friendly web interface. The assignment also included user training and onboarding to ensure effective adoption.

Community of Practice Digital Platform for Sustainable Food Systems

Collaborative knowledge and engagement platform

Design and development of a Community of Practice digital platform to support collaboration and knowledge exchange within the ecological and sustainable food sector. The platform provides structured content, discussion forums and peer-learning tools to strengthen engagement, shared learning and collective action among practitioners and stakeholders.
