Looking for a Design Thinking Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Design Thinking Consultant with 7 to 10 years of expertise for a short-term project opportunity. The role involves collaborating with our branding team in the banking and financial sector to drive innovative solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Your work will focus on enhancing brand loyalty by creating products that meet customer needs and reflect our brand’s commitment to quality and innovation for environment, sustainability and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workshops: Facilitate design thinking workshops to develop and refine solutions for the banking sector.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with branding, marketing and product teams to conceptualize and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Concept Development: Create concepts that enhance user experience and align with our brand’s vision and values.
  • Strategic Branding: Ensure design solutions reflect our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide updates, reports and documentation to senior management.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years in design thinking, preferably in the banking and financial sector.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in applying design thinking to drive innovation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the banking industry, including regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Branding Experience: Experience integrating design thinking with branding strategies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Certifications: Design Thinking certification or equivalent experience.
