Looking for a Project Delivery Manager

We are looking for a full-time Project Delivery Manager to join our Delhi (India) team for our ongoing global projects focusing on environment, climate change, agriculture, technical and vocational skills development and technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting desk research for diverse projects: The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for researching and gathering information from various sources, analyzing the data collected and presenting their findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proposal writing: The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for assisting the team in the development of proposals on a wide range of areas.
  • Preparation of reports: The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for preparing regular progress reports on ongoing projects.
  • Timely project delivery and client interactions: The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered in time, coordinate among internal team and clients where required.

Minimum Requirements and Skills:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (MBA), Social Sciences and related areas.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar job profile. 
    • Experience in qualitative report writing and demonstrable ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • The candidate should have experience in working on projects.
  • Attributes:
    • Passion for research.
    • Report and proposal writing.
    • Project management.
    • Working proficiency in languages: English (mandatory); French/Spanish are not mandatory; but will be an asset.
    • Open to national and international travel (if required).
  • Skills:
    • IT skills using Microsoft and Google suite.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • A creative thinker and problem solver, with the ability to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
    • Attention to detail.
