Hiring Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for an exciting new initiative – Quest4Action – to be launched this year. Quest4Action represents a global movement fuelled by a profound belief: that individuals and organizations united in purposeful action can create a more equitable, sustainable and thriving world.

The primary objective of Quest4Action is to address global challenges, with a particular focus on the Sustainable Development Goals. Anchored in areas encompassing climate, environment, sustainable living and social impact, this initiative thrives on catalysing dialogues, exchanging ideas, disseminating knowledge and nurturing innovations. 

The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for achieving the brand’s objectives, enhance its visibility, campaign development, including activities related to the launch, planning and management,  communications, coordination, networking and sponsorships, among others. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Execute the brand strategy.

·      Conduct market research to enhance Quest4Action’s positioning and messaging.

·      Manage marketing campaigns across diverse channels and mediums.

·      Build relationships with stakeholders, partners and influencers. 

·      Ensure efficient resource management to achieve strategic objectives.

·      Stay attuned to evolving market dynamics, consumer preferences and industry trends and incorporate adaptive strategies to the brand enhancement.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the objectives of Quest4Action. 

Experience:

·      Minimum 5-7 years in brand/communication/events/sales.

·      Demonstrated proficiency in brand development, marketing and communications. 

·      Familiarity with environment/climate change initiatives/sustainability is desirable. 

Education:

·      Masters’ degree / MBA / PGD in business/marketing/journalism/environment or related field.

Language:

·      Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

·      Additional language skills in French or Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory.
