Hiring Marketing Executive

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

We are looking for an individual with an MBA in Marketing and 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive dynamics.
  • Analyse data to prepare detailed reports that inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including for marketing processes, campaigns and research findings.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing insights and recommendations.
  • Support in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote products/services and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Support initiatives to promote new product innovations through targeted marketing strategies and creative outreach.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyse data and generate reports.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Open to national and international travel.
