Looking for a Business Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to join our team. This role entails developing strategic plans for new opportunities, fostering partnerships with external stakeholders and collaborating closely with internal teams to spearhead business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business strategies for growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities, market segments and engage with prospective partners for collaboration.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including key partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute and drive comprehensive initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
- Design and develop engaging presentations that convey ideas with clarity, creativity and impact.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through on projects.
- Evaluate business proposals, provide actionable feedback and conduct in-depth research across diverse domains, including technology, to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with teams to share knowledge.
Education, experience, skills and attributes:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of work experience of handling businesses above INR 50 crores.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence at all levels.
- Tech-savvy, with a passion for leveraging new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Position requires an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Location: Delhi/Mumbai
- This position may require travel.
